RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

UK ONLINE RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

DAMAGED/FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence in order for us to claim costs back from the delivery service.

To exchange an item, please click on the exchange button located within next to each order placed and completed withing in your “My Account” page.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order. If this happens you will receive a full refund with 14 working days.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately we do not offer a returns policy for items shipped abroad at this time. We also cannot take responsibility for items damaged during shipping. We do take great care to unsure your items are packaged safely but unfortunately items may be damaged in transit.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us straight away before your order is dispatched.

If we are able to cancel your order before it has been dispatched then you will be given a full refund. however if the item has been dispatched then you will have to send it back to us at your own cost and will receive a refund excluding postage once we have received the item back in a resalable condition.
